REDIRECT YOUR TAXES TO HELP GEORGIA’S YOUTH AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE

Help Georgia’s foster care youth enter adulthood with community and support by directing your state taxes to the Fostering Independence Project, powered by Promise686. Through the Georgia Qualified Foster Child Donation Credit, Promise686 will enhance and expand the work we are already doing to support these deserving youth.

For every dollar you give through this program, you can subtract a dollar from the amount of state taxes you owe. If you pay Georgia taxes, you can receive a 100% tax credit against your Georgia income tax liability. This is your chance to say where you want your tax dollars to go—to make a difference in the lives of Georgia's young people aging out of foster care!

Apply now for pre-approval so you can contribute for 2025 and help vulnerable youth aging out of foster care receive the support and direction they deserve.

How It Works
