The world's 150 million orphans, joined together, define a nation with the world's 9th largest population. The 400,000 foster children in the United States are immensley underserved and have outcomes much like their international counterparts: high rates of incarceration, mental health challenges, teenage pregnancy, and exponentially increased probability of be trafficked.
